    RoleSummary

    Support Data Analytics Managerthroughout endtoend data analytics deliveries within theorganization by ensuring delivery of timely quality analysis andmarket level insights. This role is responsible for turninginformation into insight that is vital for business decisions whichwill directly contribute to the growth of business in the countryseconomic sector.

    Key responsibilities will alsoinclude plans on how to monetize the organizational databasemanaging various campaigns marketing analytics and provide insightsto the Senior Management to ensure support in strategic decisionmaking by applying expertise in data mining and predictiveintelligence. Understand broad trends in the use of machinelearning methodologies to banking analytics.

    Lead niche marketing analytics assignments &pilots and help customers meet their analytical objectives and userelevant technology platforms/tools to deliver bestinclasssolutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Data Analytics Manager inexecuting/closely monitoring data analytics roadmap and act as asubject matter expert to identify potential markets/sectors for newand existing products for increased market penetration.
    • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders indriving business expansion in the niche analytics space byproviding market level insights about various business needs andmonetise the companys databases
    • Solve problemsof large dimensionality in a computationally efficient andstatistically effective manner.
    • Assist inpreparing daily weekly monthly and quarterly data reports as inputfor decisionmaking for Heads of Departments and internalcommittees
    • Coordinate with both teams internaland external of managed service resources in data analytics dailyand other periodic activities.
    • Support otherSection Managers and Heads of Departments in aligning dataanalytics with business objectives and overall corporategoals
    • Logging and Execution of service desktickets to resolve internal and external issues.
    • Support Data Analytics Manager in endtoend data analyticsactivities within the organization by operating and continuouslyenhancing data analytics tools /platforms designing and preparingon a periodic basis operational data quality and management andmarket reports.
    • Identify the targetedsector/business for new and existing products provide market levelinsights about various business needs to capitalise on the companysavailable data.
    • Manage vendor for analyticsdeliverables test and validate products/deliverables from thevendor ensuring highest quality timely deliverables within rightbudgets is most critical activity of the team
    • Develop benchmarking report and assess analytics productsfor the market based on trends.
    • Developanalytical tools and technologies to be used for data extractionfrom database for standardized /automated algorithms/processes.
    • Manage and ensure timely deliveryfor all enhancements related to data analytics tools /platformsthrough endtoend project lifecycle (liaising with PMOfunction)
    • Collect/Approve businessrequirements from concerned departments formulate functionalrequirements producing a requirement specification document andsecure biz approval
    • Assist BusinessDevelopment in helping subscribers on how to maximize Bureau usageto promote Good Risk practices.
    • Design Developand automate selfservice dashboards to ensure our business leadershave easy access to the right information while monitoringorganizational health and market decisions.
    • Drive strategic analysis drawing actionable insights thatinform the most important decisions across the organization toimprove our key business metrics such as Customer Acquisition Costand Lifetime Value.
    • Ensuring consistencyaround data definitions and maintaining consistent and accuratedata in our systems including historical data across multipleplatforms such as marketing attribution product analytics and CRMtools.
    • Lead pricing strategy across variousrevenue streams to meet growth targets while ensuring healthycontrol metrics.
    • Partner with Growth ProductDesign to plan efficient experiments and be able to test with manyvariables ensuring the best results using only a few experimentssuch as new product features that could enhance funnelconversion.
    • Work on generating various EnquiryInsights (Scook Reliability/ Take Up etc) and provide proactiverecommendations in increased adoption.
    • SupportMarketing team in various Campaign Data Extraction and suggest thebest campaign data for specific campaign objective
    • Proactive Lead Generation Cross Sell Up Sell ModelDevelopment for Marketing Campaign
    • BuildCampaign Management framework to understand what kind of campaignsare giving best ROI and similar insights
    • Buildvarious dashboards describing the products usages in the marketafter its launch and monitor on weekly/ monthly basis.

    Skills

    Experience andKnowledge

    • Minimum experience of 6years in Marketing analytics role
    • Ability tounderstand manage and develop all technical aspects of creditbureau products/services processes andsystems/applications.
    • Experience in DefiningProduct Strategy Identify Products addressable market and ROIGeneration
    • Experience in CampaignManagement
    • Handson track experience inexecuting data strategies and delivering results
    • Experience in project management
    • Minimum experience of 3 years in data analytics andvisualization
    • knowledge with reportingpackages (Business Objects etc) databases (SQL etc) programming(XML Javascript or ETL frameworks).
    • Knowledgeof statistics and experience using statistical packages foranalysing large datasets (Excel SPSS SAS) (R/ Python)
    • Experience with Bl tools and reporting software (e.g.MicroStrategy Tableau Pentaho MS Power Bl MS Excel).

    Education and Skills

    • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Economics/ Management/Marketing Analytics/ background in Engineering/ or other similardiscipline.
    • Proficient in English.
    • Proficient in Arabic.
    • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills for all levels (vendor todata providers).
    • Certifications in technicalexpertise regarding data models database design development datamining and segmentation techniques.
    • ProactiveSelfstarter presentable and always ready to addressmeetings.
    • Highly motivated to learn newtechniques in the everchanging world of analytics.
    • Able to work effectively and responsibly without closesupervision.
    • Keen interest in technology anddesire to learn business processes
