Responsibilities:


  • Develop architectural designs, drawings, and plans using AutoCAD software.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create concept sketches, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings.
  • Ensure that architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural and MEP engineers, to integrate architectural components with the overall building design.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and 3D models, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and support the design process.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design and AutoCAD software.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience as an Architect with proficiency in AutoCAD software.
  • Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative architectural solutions.
  • Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in other design software such as Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in architectural drawings and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

Min Required Experience - 3 yrs UAE / GCC
