    Description
    • Develop and implement proceduresfor contract management and administration in compliance withcompany policies
    • Act as the main point ofcontact for clients, site and project managers, and seniormanagement
    • Oversee contracts from drafting allthe way to execution, invoicing, renewal or extension andresolution of contract disputes
    • Discuss, draft,review and negotiate the terms of variety of business contractsincluding budgets and timescales, ensuring that contracts are inline with corporate goals andobjectives
    • Analyse all requirements andprovisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensurecompliance with all laws and regulations and company policies andprocedures
    • Ensure that signed contracts arecommunicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibilityand awareness, and to ensure that everyone understands theircontractual obligations, roles andresponsibilities
    • Conduct analysis of new laws,regulations and contract trends to determine potential impact orcommercial risk on the business; and advise senior managementaccordingly
    • Liaise closely with the LegalOffice to obtain advice on legal issues related to contractualarrangements
    • Provide support and advice on newpotential businesses opportunities
    • Provideadvice and guidance on contract matters to project managers orother operational staff, including training to new project managersand other employees in contracting practices andprocedures
    • Maintain contractual records anddocumentation such as receipt and control of all contractcorrespondence, contact information sheets, contractual changes,status reports and other documents for allprojects
    • Ensure the organization'sinternal contract documents are accurate and wellmaintained
    • Monitor the performance of eachsigned contract ensuring that business goals are accomplished bycontract implementation and that each project meet agreed technicalstandards
    • Lead complex contract negotiationsand manage all changes in and addendums to existingcontracts
    • Communicate and present informationto stakeholders regarding contracts
    • Provideleadership by supporting and mentoring the Contracts Officer asappropriate, and by contributing to the knowledge of the officethrough collaborative exchange

    Experience &Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Finance or Business Management
    • 10+years of relevant experience out of which at least 2 years ofprevious experience as a contract manager or in a relatedposition
