Al Jebal Group of Opticals is seeking a motivated Sales Staff member to join our retail team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will focus on providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers in choosing eyewear, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, and lenses.
• Provide information on product features, lens options, and pricing.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Support store merchandising, promotions, and daily operations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in optical retail sales (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic (required); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Presentable and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
