Description

1. Review the daily production sheets with Line Leader & meets given production target.


2. Cutting meats efficiently ensuring less spillage.


3. Report any food spoilage/wastage/defected to the Floor In charge.


4. Prepare all meats to the highest quality and within company guidelines.


5. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.


6. Establish and monitor portion sizes for cuts of meat.


7. Ensure proper knowledge and skills of butcher, cut, bone, or grind all kinds of meat.


8. Cut and prepare meats as specified by Floor In Charge.


9. Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company requirements.


10. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment and tools, properly & safely.


11. Ensures that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED2,300.00 per month


Experience:


  • Butcher: 3 years (preferred)
