Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, municipalities, and regulatory bodiesPrepare and submit applications for various permits, approvals, and licenses required for construction and interior fit-out projects though portal (NAKHEEL, TRAKHEES, EMAAR, JGE, CONCORDIA, DCD, DDA, DEWA, DM and etc.)Submissions of drawing through portalRevision of drawings if required as per the rules and regulations of any authorityPrepare and submit applications for NOC's Work Permit & Mobilization Access and get its approvalPrepare NOC's Appointment Letter and Undertaking letter for Clients, Subcontractor's and CompanyEstablish and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities to facilitate efficient project approvals and inspectionsStay updated on local construction and interior fit-out regulations, ensuring compliance at all stages of the projectCollaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure designs and construction plans comply with local regulationsConduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and address any discrepancies promptlyMaintain accurate records of all communication with authorities, including permits, approvals, and inspection reports.

Generate and submit timely reports on the status of permit applications, compliance issues, and regulatory updates to senior management


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldAutoCADProven experience as a Authority Project Coordinator in the construction and interior fit-out industry within UAEIn-depth knowledge of Dubai's construction and interior fit-out regulations and permitting processes.

Strong communication and negotiation skillsCan speak Arabic is advantageDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCan join immediately
