- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Management, Human Resources orsimilar.
- Advanced knowledge of ATStools
- Experience with profilesearch
- Excellent communication, networking andinterpersonal skills
- Very strong administrationskills
- Organized, detail-oriented, focused onexecution with a high sense of urgency
- Abilityto develop and maintain relationships with internal and externalstakeholders
