Real Estate Sales Agent


A real estate sales agent is a licensed professional who focuses on sales and client acquisition in the real estate industry.

They specialize in finding prospective buyers, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and facilitating successful sales transactions.

Real estate sales agents work under the guidance of a real estate broker or brokerage firm and are responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Property Presentations and Viewings
  • Buyer Representation and Assistance
  • Sales Negotiation and Deal Closing
  • Market Research and Analysis

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Knowledge of financing options and mortgage processes.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and goaloriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Language

  • English, Arabic, Franch, Spanish, Russian.

We Provide:

Marketing Leads

Basic Salary + Commission


AED3, AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)


  • English, Urdu, Russian, Arabic, Chinese (preferred)
