Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and priorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters or team members, if applicable.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions within tight timelines.
  • Indepth knowledge of various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in highgrowth environments or startups.
  • Certifications or specialized training in recruiting or talent acquisition.
