    Description

    Landscape Inspector shall work under the direct supervision of Resident Engineer at designated site and perform the following functions, but not limited to:

    • Fulfilling tasks of Landscape Construction Supervision, such as supervise Contractors onsite installation works, support on elaborating design.
    • Following up thereof implementation of Landscaping works according to specifications and drawings.
    • Review Contractor's submittal for Landscape and related works such as Work and Material Inspection Requests, etc. to ensure the compliance with Contract Documents.
    • Witness the tests included in the Inspections and Tests Plans and verify compliance of tests to continue works accordingly.
    • Ensure the compliance of works according to the documentation and checklists enclosed with Request for Inspections. Issue and follow-up of Non-compliance notices for corrective actions of works.
    •  Assure completion of quantified units of works in Request for Inspections.
    • Provide technical advice to Project Team/ Stakeholders related to landscape construction works and provide site-based solutions. 
    • Conduct routine inspections and witness each stage of construction and report to the Resident Engineer.
    • Monitor and record site progress and keep record of day works of assigned projects.
    • Ensure that the Project HSE and QA/QC requirements are followed.
    • Prepare snag lists and follow up Review of Project Closeout Documentation.
    • Perform other project and duties as assigned by the management.


    Requirements
    • ​​​​​​Attested university certificate in Agriculture/ Horticulture or equivalent subject with post graduate experience of 5 years GCC specific Landscape especially related to softscape and hardscape works.  
    • Previous Consultant Experience will be plus point.
