Are you organised, proactive, and have excellent project management skills? Does everyone come to you for ideas and execution of impactful campaigns that meet business objectives? Then you might be our next Marketing Campaign Lead for Off Plan Sales.

At haus & haus, we're looking for a talented superhero to take care of planning, implementing, and supervising marketing campaigns for our Off Plan team, working closely with the Off Plan Marketing Manager and other members to ensure they are effective and impactful.

Managing different projects is a must for this role, including social media content development, webinar execution, paid digital advertising, sales enablement, and asset creation.

Key responsibilities:

Work with the Off Plan Marketing Manager on creating campaigns that aim to generate leads and drive business growth, then lead their execution
Brief copywriters and graphic designers to ensure effective content in line with the campaigns
Work with the extended marketing team to integrate campaign related content production, brand and reputation programs, direct customer comms, social engagement and internal communications
Oversee the development of weekly and monthly performance reports of campaigns ensuring they are generating leads and strong ROI
Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure marketing programmes align with business needs while managing lead conversion

Skill requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or marketing certifications
3+ years' experience in marketing campaign related fields
Demonstrated ability in execution of marketing disciplines such as events, digital and social media
High level understanding of digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads and Social Media Performance Campaigns
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously (agency experience may be an advantage)
Knowledge of real estate market, local Off Plan projects, developers and real estate portals is a plus
