Job Overview:


As a Real Estate Agent at FIOR Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions and building lasting relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting for potential clients, conducting property evaluations, and guiding clients through the intricacies of Dubai's real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Property Valuations: Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market analyses to accurately assess property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.

Property Promotion: Develop compelling property listings and marketing materials to effectively showcase available properties across multiple channels, maximizing visibility and exposure.

Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Negotiation: Skill full negotiate terms and conditions of purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while upholding their best interests.

Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators affecting the real estate landscape in Dubai, providing clients with timely and informed insights.

Documentation: Ensure all transaction-related paperwork and documentation are accurately completed, reviewed, and submitted in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, maintaining open communication, and exceeding expectations throughout the real estate process.

Targets: Work diligently towards achieving sales targets and performance metrics set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Most have a Dubai experience related field.


Pay:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
