RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to):

GUEST RELATIONS

  • Direct communications with guests before arrival to coordinate a smooth checkin.
  • Welcome guests during checkin and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
  • Ensure that all checkins and checkouts are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
    Should possess detailed information about the Apartment/Villa, location attractions and city.

  • Providing excellent customer service as per company standards.
    Maintain upto date information on arrivals, departures and apartment condition.

  • Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes and maintain all guest profiles.
  • Upselling of available services such as City tours Breakfast delivery, Airport drop off and many more plays a crucial part.
  • Perform basic cashier activities as and when required for collecting/refunding to the guests.
    Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.

  • Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment
  • Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management.
    Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.

  • Consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/her knowledge.
    Conduct prearrival, postdeparture, initial, onrequest and any type of other property inspection and report when required.

  • Constantly improve GRO's upselling, inspection, guest meeting and communications experience.
    When required, transport housekeepers or company staff, as well as deliver required items to the guests to the required location/destination.

  • Do other similar tasks as assigned by the management timetotime. PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
    Conduct new property initial and final inspections and inventorisation.

  • Existing property scheduled inspections to check inventory/maintenance/housekeeping related issues.
  • Inventory and missing items list submission to the relevant departments
  • Uploading all images/media to laptop and creating professional reports using given tools after inspections.
  • To schedule maintenance inspections and make sure the issues are reported on time
  • To make sure property is properly arranged and decorated before photoshoot
  • To make sure properties are in a good shape before each owner stay or handover

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in guest relations or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
