Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor creating a positive first impression that reflects the company s values Manage a multi line phone system ensuring all calls are answered promptly directing them to the appropriate personnel or department efficiently Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages ensuring proper distribution and maintaining a well organized mailing system Schedule appointments meetings coordinating with internal teams to optimize calendars and ensure effective time management Maintain the reception area to be tidy welcoming regularly updating promotional materials informational brochures Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing maintaining office supply inventory supporting overall office operations Provide information about the organization s services programs visiting ensuring they receive accurate helpful guidance Process visitor logs ensuring all guests are signed in out according to security protocols company policiesBenefits
