Description

Engage with various Amazon businesses, SR for WW Ops and other internal teams to understand business needs, identify gaps, assess risk, and implement strategies to operationalize Amazon's Supply Chain Standards (SCS) throughout our value chain and operations.

Proactively identify, advise, align and coordinate with Amazon businesses on identified risks, opportunities, and corresponding actions.
Facilitate discussions with internal teams and select external stakeholders to design and test regional risk management mechanisms and strategiesLead day-to-day execution of Global Engagement services to the Amazon businesses and supplier/vendors to enable their capacity building around identified priority issues and risksInitiate and lead assessments/investigations and partnership discussions, negotiations and contract development and oversee implementation of improvement programsExplore development of dedicated programs across Amazon's key commitment areas, particularly around: worker voice, responsible recruitment, fair wages, health and safety and forced labour
