Description
Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

  • Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) building information models (BIM) using specialized software (e.g., Revit MEP).
  • Collaborate closely with MEP engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
  • Create accurate 3D models of MEP components, systems, and equipment, ensuring coordination and clash detection.
  • Incorporate design changes and updates into BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models for documentation and construction purposes.
  • Perform clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements.
  • Verify compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations in the GCC region.
  • Provide support and coordination during construction and commissioning phases as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software developments, and best practices related to MEP BIM modeling.
  • Locally available in the UAE.
  • Can join immediately within 12 weeks.

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month
