Job Description The
HRExecutive is responsible for supporting the human resources department in various
HRfunctions. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, and
HRadministration.

The executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate
HRrecords, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and supporting the implementation of
HRpolicies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs for employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on
  HRpolicies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date
  HRrecords and databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support the implementation of
  HRpolicies, initiatives, and programs.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of
  HRprocesses and practices.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in
  HRroles, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Good knowledge of
  HRpolicies, practices, and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
