As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse.

You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse employees, ensuring inventory accuracy, and facilitating the efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a productive and cohesive team.
Plan and organize daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and address any discrepancies promptly.
Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling procedures.
Maintain a wellorganized and clean warehouse space, with attention to safety, sanitation, and security.
Implement and enforce warehouse processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Track and report on key performance indicators, such as order accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and deliveries.
Respond to and resolve issues, such as damaged products, discrepancies, or delivery delays, in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
