Description
This position is responsible for export and import coordination as well as administration and management of brands assisting the Business Development Manager.
- Receives and processes client orders including coordination with Logistics team for timely delivery and shipment. Resolves client issues with regards to their orders, investigates data and history and provide resolution efficiently.
- Manages stock level and prepares import order making sure that stock holding is replenished, maintained and that client forecasts are fulfilled.
- Gathers and compiles client sellout reports and maintain consolidated monthly and AdHoc reports for principals.
- Assists the Business Development Manager with department's administrative tasks, tracking of expenses and preparing expense claims for reimbursements.
- Prepares and sends marketing materials such as presentations, packets and promotional products for novelties to customers to generate order forecasts for the new launches
- Prepares supplier and customer price sheets based on the agreed coefficient.
- Coordinates with the logistics team for the registration of new products with Dubai Municipality.
Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
