- Supervise the design developmentand construction of different buildingsprojects
- Maintain accurate records and reportsrelated to the project.
- Monitor progressagainst accepted construction schedule and review theContractor's progress reports. Assess the progress andinform the Project Manager in case ofdelay.
- Direct, assist and monitor theperformance of Construction Inspection and Office Engineeringstaff.
- Oversee field site activities andprovide technical advice on construction anddesign.
- review and approve contractssubmittals
- Participate in contract close-outactivities.
- Conduct regular progress meetingswith the contractor and appropriate personnel and report on anyissues, as necessary.
- Other duties asassigned.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor'sdegree in architectural ,civil Engineering, ConstructionManagement, or a related field.
- 15+ years ofsupervision consultant experience in hospitals projects, includinga background in both field inspection and officeengineering.
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Ability to read andinterpret contract documents and construction plans andspecifications.
