    B2B Sales Manager (Air Solutions) - Abu Dhabi

    Sales & Marketing Job DetailsBusiness Development and Pre-sales : Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunitiesDeveloping eco system/eco partners (SI, architect, designer, etc.)

    Developing new solution packages and new business models with eco partners (using full range & partner's products and solutions)Consultative Sales & Value-based Selling :

    Providing right solution packages and making a proposal with an in-depth understanding of customer's business, needs, and usagesCollaborate with HQ, RHQ, and other subsidiaries as virtual teamsKey ResponsibilitiesTo develop a sustainable growth strategy in Abu Dhabi with the customers focused on profitable sales and customer satisfaction.

    To have a pre-existing strong relationship with key clients (Government & Non-government entities) in Abu DhabiTo conduct research to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    To be competent in negotiation skills & following up projects to finalization stage and successful closing with key customers/ contractors with partners.

    To promote CAC products predicting or addressing the client's objectives.
    To present the technical specifications & features of CAC products to the clients.
    To build fruitful long-term relationships with major clients in the region.
    To drive the sales of the assigned accounts ensuring on time execution.
    To monitor the sales performance of the assigned accounts by preparing monthly and quarterly reports and forecasts.
    To manage on time ordering and sales process as per rules.


    Job RequirementsBusiness Development and Sales:
    Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities.
    Strong HVAC & sales engineering background.
    Experience / RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years' experience in business development or sales.
    Experienced in mega projects development, management (including project financing) and key account managementAbility to integrate solutions with diverse products and solutionsRelevant knowledge and experience in vertical businessGood knowledge of end-customer's channel distributionExcellent communication and negotiation skills (c-level) in addition to consulting and presentation skillsUnderstanding of sales operation, P&LDimensionsBased in Abu Dhabi (Required)EducationBachelor in Mechanical/Electrical or related fields (preferable)LanguageArabic & English (Required) APPLY#J-18808-Ljbffr
