Amazon MENA ACES is looking for a high energy Program Manager to drive product and operational excellence in MENA to drive E-pay Payment Instrument.

This is a multifaceted role, requiring to identify, build and execute programs, manage relationships with partners-team, execute campaigns, communicate internally with various stakeholders, develop scalable products, and dive deep into problem solving.

1) Understand and analyze customer needs by conducting research, monitor market opportunities and trends
2) Run programs independently pertaining to improving the payment access and engagement for customers,
3) Work with cross-functional teams on payment launches and adoption.
4) Coordinating with product, marketing and communications team to increase awareness of payment products

Key job responsibilities

In this position, applicants will be responsible for driving operational excellence and building the appropriate work-streams to enable programmatic excellence for our customers.

Applicants should be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Ownership and Bias for Action are extremely important, and applicants should have a proven track record of managing short term, long-term projects, and day to day operations.

This opportunity also requires, problem-solving, project management, data analytics and exceptional communication.

You will play a critical role to enable Amazon Payments continuing scalability by raising the bar of our product's quality, availability, and efficiency.

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
