    WFJPermanent positionPositioned in our WFJ boutique Dubai Mall the HighEnd Ambassador will be responsible for the HighEnd Business Development in the Middle East driving sales client development and maximizing business opportunities with a commercial focus on High Jewelry and high value time pieces.

    The main focus of this role is to collaborate with the HighEnd Business Lead and Boutique Managers not only to reach the HJ goals (KPIs and qualitative objectives) but also to broaden the HighEnd Business sales within the retail sales teams.

    The HighEnd Ambassador will be expected to personally contribute to the sales objectives of HighEnd Business via own client portfolio and networking.


    Your main responsibilities are:
    Client Relationship Building and

    Profile Management:
    Assist in the definition and implementation of HighEnd client action plans by boutiques & sales advisors to achieve business objectivesDevelop the HighEnd Clients Pyramid portfolio via defined monthly quarterly and yearly objectives for retail sales team and ME boutiquesIdentify additional recruitment opportunities & support retail teams to seek new highnetworth individuals


    Client Experience and Operations:
    Elevate the experience inside our Boutiques share feedbacks and set up new servicesAssist in preparation of local international events & key client presentations such as agenda specific treatments and organizing other made to measure details ensuring client satisfaction and commercial successPrepare set up and implement product presentations and submissions for the clients in collaboration with the sales advisorsAssist with client appointments and act as an active sales consultant to identify customers needs to broaden the selection of items to help closing the sale and presentation followup; Give regular feedbacks to HighEnd Business Lead on boutiques needs wishes initiatives stock alerts or specific requestsManaging all HJ product consignment requests from BTQ staff liaising with HighEnd Business Lead and monitoring the progress of requests

    Development of local HJ sales talents:
    Develop the number of Sales Associate selling HJ in the Middle East regionSupport Retail team to transmit and share expertise on selling HJ skills in collaboration with WFJ TrainerPlan and set up HJ preparation meetings along with WFJ Trainer before each event or major opportunitiesCollaborate with HighEnd Business Lead & WFJ trainer in order to develop sales talents through global programs followup and local action implementationFacilitate sharing of best practices and animate with HighEnd topics the Retail Team community as well as sales rewards

    You have 7 to 10 years experience in the luxury industry preferably with a sales and managerial background. You have existing relationships with highnetworth individuals and VIPs in the GCC market. Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must Arabic and French Language skills are an advantage.
