Description

The Product Designer is responsible for creating innovative and user-centric designs for our company's products. The primary objective is to enhance the user experience, usability, and visual appeal of our digital and physical products. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

• User Research: Conduct thorough user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points.
• Conceptualization: Generate design ideas and concepts that align with business goals and user expectations.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and design wireframes to visualize and test design concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively enhance designs based on user insights.
• Visual Design: Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs, considering factors such as color schemes, typography, and iconography.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  
  

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in design thinking, user experience, or related disciplines are a plus.
  
  

Competencies

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Product Designer
• Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
