    Description

    We are looking for a sales director to join us on our journey and help us with our continued growth. The

    ideal candidate will have experience leading a team/ motivating and developing a Sales team. They will

    be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as assisting in their growth

    within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue

    targets.

    ● Motivating and inspiring the team in a positive manner.

    ● Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation.

    ● Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the off-plan and secondary sales

    team.

    ● Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including property investors, agents, and

    brokers.

    ● Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

    ● Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, attending conferences and networking

    events as required.

    ● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and

    competition status.

    ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional

    materials

    ● .Be fully aware of all Dubai real estate documentation and legislation

    ● Assist in recruitment to help the growth of our team.

    Requirements:

    ● At least 5 years Real Estate experience.

    ● Successful previous experience as a sales director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

    ● Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

    ● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and

    ● effectively at all levels of the organization.

    ● Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    ● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

    ● Strong business sense and industry expertise.

    ● Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

    Experience:

    ● Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude.

    ● Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

    ● Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and manage various tasks

    simultaneously.

    ● Leadership skills and strategic thinking are highly valued.

    ● Proven experience in HR and recruitment tasks is preferred.

    ● Real Estate: 5 years (Required)

    ● Sales Director Real Estate: 2 year (Required)

    Language:

    ● English (Required)

    ● Bilingual - English, Arabic, Russian, French, applicants would be desirable
