    Chain Reaction is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

    Chain Reaction is looking for a talented Photographer to join the team.

    Requirements

    Desired Skills:

    Photography Production:
    · Conceptualize, plan, and capture high-quality photography content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
    · Lead photo shoots from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely execution.

    Camera Operation & Creative Direction:
    · Operate professional photography equipment proficiently to capture visually compelling and dynamic images.
    · Apply strong creative direction, composition, and lighting techniques to enhance visual storytelling.

    Editing & Post-Production:
    · Edit and retouch images to produce polished, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals.
    · Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and maintain high-quality output across all deliverables.

    Team Collaboration:
    · Work closely with creative directors, producers, designers, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life.
    · Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    Technical Proficiency:
    · Stay updated on industry trends, photography technologies, and best practices.
    · Troubleshoot equipment or technical challenges to maintain a high standard of photo production.

    Qualifications:
    · Preferably a BS degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience.
    · Work experience as a Photographer and Photo Editor.
    · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an agency, studio, or production environment.
    · Experience working with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and editing software.
    · Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
    · A creative and innovative thinker who goes above and beyond for the love of art and craft.
    · Excellent knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
