Description
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

  • Updating accounts receivable & payable
  • Create and send invoices to the customer
  • Provide the receipt to customer
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Handle all client queries related to their payments and accountsrelated queries.
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Associate degree in related field with work experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
