Our Client, a Diversified Group is looking to hire an MEP Supervisor for their team in Dubai.


Position:
MEP Supervisor - Facilities Management


Location:
Dubai


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of MEP technicians to deliver top-notch facilities services.


Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for MEP systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime.


Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve MEP system issues promptly, ensuring mínimal impact on facility operations.


Compliance:
Ensure adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards in all MEP activities.


Budget Management:
Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and manage budgets for MEP operations.


Training and Development:
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among the MEP team members.


Qualifications:


  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in MEP systems maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
