- Provide guidance and assist tenants and buyers in Renting / purchasing property price under the best terms.
- Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose right options for them.
- Scheduling Viewings and showing their clients the suitable property for them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Convince and follow up with his clients on daily Basis.
- Negotiate the best prices for rental and sales for his clients.
- Must be in UAE to attend Face 2 Face Interview if shortlisted.
- 6 month or above of Real estate sales experience
- UAE Driving License + CAR.
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent is an Advantage
