Position Overview

A Salon Hygienist is responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the beauty salon to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.

This role involves implementing and enforcing sanitation protocols, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to industry regulations and standards.

A Hygienist plays a critical role in promoting a positive customer experience by upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Sterilize and disinfect all equipment, tools, and surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses.
Clean and sanitize workstations, treatment rooms, and common areas before and after each client appointment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
Train salon staff on proper sanitation procedures and best practices for maintaining cleanliness.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any cleanliness issues promptly.
Collaborate with salon management to develop and update hygiene policies and procedures as needed.
Stay informed about new developments in sanitation practices and recommend updates to existing protocols accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and inviting salon environment for clients.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
