We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive company growth.

The Business Development Executive will build and maintain relationships with potential clients, conduct market research, and implement strategies to expand our customer base.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a keen ability to identify business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential target markets and sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and regular followups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence using CRM systems or other tools.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote the company's brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materials to support business development activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a business development role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with experience in consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through effective market research and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure longterm business partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients, and attend conferences, and industry events.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company's products/services.
