Job Purpose - As Sales Manager

  • Indirect & Institutional Sales, at Emirates NBD, your role is to*
  • Sales of Credit Card, Personal Finance and Bank Accounts in retail banking.
  • Cross selling of other bank products when required
  • To assist team members in meeting customers to facilitate sale, company listing and for any other requirement as applicable
  • To enforce and ensure team adherence to banks service standards so as to ensure best in class customer service and experience To collate team data about customer feedback, market pulse, lost data etc. and any other data point or process as required by the unit/bank and take it up with management for review

Responsibilities -

  • Achieve assigned team monthly sales targets of credit cards, personal finance products and bank accounts
  • Assist team members in internal follow up's with stakeholders such as support team, RCC, product team etc. for approvals, exceptions, deviations, field visits etc.
  • To collate and report daily reports of the team pertaining to submissions, approvals, discrepancies and any other aspect required by management
  • Meet customers when required for assisting team members in closing sale, company listings etc.
  • Drive cross selling of other bank products when required
  • Supervising KIOSK set up by the bank in different locations / companies/ malls To ensure capturing and compile team report of market intelligence, customer loss and feedback to the line managers on regular basis, which can be shared with the management & product team so as to improve banks product features, offerings and processes etc. in line with competition, market trends and customer requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience

  • Banking
  • Retail products sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of banking products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, sales motivated and focused
  • Minimum work experience 8 years
  • Minimum sales experience 5 years Minimum team management experience 3 years
