- Provide strategic legal advice andguidance on all aspects of the company's internationalinfrastructure investments.
- Oversee thenegotiation, drafting, and review of various contracts, agreements,and legal documents related to infrastructure operations, jointventures, acquisitions, and partnerships
- Managelegal due diligence processes for potential investments andtransactions
- Ensure compliance with allrelevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in thejurisdictions where the companyoperates
- Collaborate closely with internalstakeholders, including executives, finance, and operations teams,to provide legal support and guidance
- Representthe company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations withexternal parties
- Stay updated on legaldevelopments, trends, and best practices in theindustry
- Build and maintain relationships withexternal legal counsel andadvisors
