In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales of an assigned product or products within a given territory and exceeding sales objectives.

The territory covers the United Arab Emirates. Incentives and commissions are earned when goals are met and exceeded.


Key Responsibilities/Duties:


Providing quality and quantity targets (quantity & quality) through face-to-face meetings with doctors and pharmacists assigned to the project as well as delivering customer-centric activities within budget.

Achieve sales growth (market share growth) within pre-determined budgets and timelines.


The objective is to promote defined products and policies, and to use appropriate visual branding forms (Detail aids, Brand reminders, medical reference forms), in face-to-face meetings with assigned doctors and pharmacists, in alignment with campaign briefs and policies approved by marketing.

Regular visits to hospitals, pharmacies, and medical centers to establish a strong scientific relationship.

Provide accurate information, clinical studies, and messages to all doctors, pharmacies, and medical centers.

Develop business initiatives and tactics based on learnings to realize the market potential within the respective area.


Attend at least one daily or weekly meeting to discuss marketplace issues, problems encountered, and activities compared to monthly KPIs.

Increasing the customer base and sales by identifying new doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, medical centers in the region.

Provide management with a detailed report of all competitor activities, meetings, Opportunities and trends in the market.


Ensure that samples are handled with care and maintained in the appropriate storage conditions from the moment they are received until they are delivered to the customer.

Perform any other tasks and responsibilities assigned to you.


Qualifications:
An degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field (MBA preferred) along with good medical knowledge and experience.

A minimum of one year' experience in private pharmaceutical sales preferably for Oncology products.

Must have multi-cultural experience working in countrywide operations. Outstanding sales acumen and business aptitude.

Excellent communication skills and influencing ability. High degree of customer focus.

Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Valid UAE transferable residency permit and valid driving license.
