    the Marketing Team

    Assist the Head of Marketing withoverseeing
    the marketing department and guide itsdaytoday operations.

    Budget &Business Strategy

    Work with the Headof Marketing for outlining
    budgets for all business unitsand management of our multichannel
    marketing strategythat incorporates Social Media Website & Mobile app
    Influencer Marketing Inbound Marketing Email MarketingPaid Search
    Programatic ads Digital Campaigns PublicRelations B2C Live Chat SEO and
    offline ATL & BTLchannels.

    Work closely with Head of
    Marketing and Marketing Team to craft an effective andefficient
    marketing strategy focused on growing audiencesfor all business units.

    Manageconception development and
    implementation of marketingplans and strategies course concepts and
    promotionalprogrammes to drive interest and admissions.

    Assist the Head of Marketing with the
    strategicand tactical execution of marketing campaigns including design of
    test/control segmentation implementation of teststracking results
    reporting analysis and recommendations.

    Brand
    Marketing

    Manage branding strategy and campaigns
    including social media PR and influencer &partnership to drive brand
    awareness and build demand forthe business units.

    Ensure our brandmessage is strong and
    consistent across all channels andmarketing efforts (like events email
    campaigns web pagesonline blog and promotional material). Plan and
    coordinate marketing efforts and build awareness andpositioning for our
    companys brand.

    Manage the social media plan on the
    developmentand implementation of influencer partnership and social strategy to
    generate awareness traffic and conversion as well ascreating and managing the
    organic social media calendardrive followers and community engagement.

    Work with Head of Marketing to select agencies
    consultants freelancers and other suppliers includingcontract negotiation and
    management.

    Oversee PR and major online and offline
    events.

    Performance
    Marketing

    Assist the Head of Marketing whileworking
    with the Digital Team to understand key marketingperformance metrics and
    conduct indepth performance andforecast analysis through various analytics
    and trackingtools to provide market research competitive analyses campaign
    results and consumer trends in order to translate resultsinto actionable
    insights for marketing team.

    Manage and identify strategickeyword volume
    opportunities across markets and languagesto develop and implement an
    inbound marketing strategythat will form a key part of the acquisition and
    contentstrategy.

    Manage paid marketingincluding PPC SEO
    Affiliates Paid Social Refer A Friendand Media Planning to deliver forecast
    traffic andconversion goals.

    Manage content andwork with IT Team to
    maintain and innovate on aneffective leadgenerating website and improve
    online userexperience for prospects leads and customers.

    Marketing
    Automation

    Assist the Head of Marketing with technical
    aspects of CRM and marketing automation to generatedistribute and report on
    leads. Work with Admissions andIT.

    Develop and establish acomprehensive
    marketing automation strategy.

    Create and manage targeted emailcampaigns.

    Create a customerprofiling strategy to drive
    meaningful audiencesegmentation.

    Implement a consumerdatabase acquisition
    strategy to drive optins.

    Reporting
    & Budgeting

    Identify shortterm and longtermscheduling
    budget and resource needs including thedevelopment and management of an
    annual marketing budgetprofit/loss projections expenditure spending and
    otherfinancial considerations.

    Create andmaintain metrics reports on
    marketing and salesactivities effectiveness and business impact.

    Analyse marketing and sales data to develop
    insights and make recommendations on areas foroptimisation.

    Monitor and maintaindata quality within the
    marketing database.

    Report on the effectiveness ofmarketing
    campaigns using predetermined KPIs to theBoard.

    Offline
    Marketing

    Implementation of ATL / BTLactivities across
    business units that includes RadioBillboard Media Planning & Buying to
    maximisebrand awareness and visibility.

    Experience in handling PR Media & Agencies
    to execute various marketing campaigns.

    Oversee the creation and delivery ofPR press
    releases advertisements print ads publicationsand other marketing
    collateral & materials.

    Analyse market trends compare andtrack the
    competition summarise findings and providecomprehensive reports with
    recommendations to thebusiness enabling further business growth.

    Plan and manage all production related tasks
    such as Signage Branding Graphics Collateral etc.

    Handle onsite photography andvideography as
    required to be used in various marketingactivities and programmes.

    PlanManage and Execute all events for the
    company includingPromotional Events Open Houses Trade Fairs Enrollment
    Drives etc. Execute all events in a timely manneradhering to corporate and
    branding guidelines. Ensuregood response and lead generation.

    Admissions

    Assist the Head Marketing &Admissions to
    drive the Revenue Target and EnrolmentTarget for the unit.
    Collaborate with the Head ofAdmissions & Admissions teams to focus on
    drivingenrolments.

    Comanage the customerjourney and engagement process
    during the admissionscycle.

    Manage and support the CRMcommunication process
    in the customer journey.

    Vendor
    Management

    Have existing relationships withexternal
    vendors magazines publications PR companies andmedia.

    Deepen these relationships toensure the most
    effective messaging and positioning ofthe organisation.

    Community
    Engagement

    Engage otherorganisations within the
    community.

    Liaise with freelancers from timetotime for
    projects for a strict deadline.

    Attend industry events during nonworking
    hours.

    Requirements:

    Candidate must have a Degree in Marketing with
    at least 8 years work experience in marketing. Experiencein leading key
    accounts in an advertising agency is aplus.
