Key responsibilities:
_

- preparation of technical and financial proposals for PMCM business and, if needed, coordination with other cross-functional departments.

To get approvals in time for submission deadlines, lead capture and win strategy planning sessions should be held.
Creating and improving bid submission forms and proposal materials to boost the percentage of projects that are awarded.
Perform indepth examination of RFP materials to determine requirements, and then write inquiries for the client's explanations.
By analyzing the preliminary section outlines, provide the proposal team authors advice on how to prepare the technical parts of the proposal and make sure all RFP requirements are incorporated.
Ensures the effective use of the process and tools, for all bids, to maximize the opportunity of winning.
Careful review of new inquiries or requests for tender by actively checking drawings, specifications and product requirement as well as commercial terms and documentation requirements.
Cooperate with the client and the appropriate departments to provide guarantees or establish letters of credit.
