Job summary
Assist in managing incoming correspondence phone calls and document handling Support scheduling of meetings maintaining calendars and coordinating logistics Help prepare and format reports presentations and official documents Assist with travel arrangements flight hotel bookings transportation and expense processing Maintain filing systems hard and soft copies and ensure data accuracy Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and event logistics Provide support for internal events training sessions HR initiatives Perform general administrative tasks such as screening calls drafting emails handling petty cash under supervision.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational communication skills Attention to detail ability to multitask Eagerness to learn adapt fast-paced environment
