Job Responsibilities

HR Business partnering for HUB Commercial & Brand organizationBe the SPOC for Commercial and Brand HUB organization across Emerging market and support the SLT with all people and culture related mattersBuild up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs and feedback are taken into consideration in shaping the people strategyCollaborate with global and EM cluster HR teams to ensure alignment and two-way flow of information to aid better decision makingProvide coaching to employees and management; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture

Job Requirements

University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)Minimum of 8-10 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR.

Last 2 years minimum on Managerial Level. (Preferably in an international organization)Multiple project handling experienceEnglish fluent (written and oral)MS- office skills (Specially Excel) and SAP is a must
