Fine Fragrance Perfumery Laboratory Technician - Your future position? 

As a Perfumery Laboratory Technician with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will support the Perfumers with compounding and performing day to day lab operations in the efficient and organised manner, according to business needs and EH&S policies.

Based in our Dubai office in Media City and reporting to the Perfumery Laboratory Team Leader, you will join a creative, passionate, and winning team, and support our continued success story in the SAMEA region.

In this exciting role, with a 'can-do' mindset, your main responsibilities will be: 

• Understanding and executing the entire compounding process
• Carrying out the sampling process optimally, efficiently and cost effectively
• Removing expired raw materials
• Checking the quality of raw materials
• Ensuring strict compliance to all the safety norms and practices, maintenance of the laboratory
• Being an active team player with an open mind for continuous improvement process

Your professional profile includes: 

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a relevant discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in Fragrance compounding laboratory or related environment 
• Knowledge of computer systems, such as MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to adapt to daily laboratory work surrounded by constant smell of raw materials
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language
• Excellent time management skills
