Our client for a government entity here in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for
UI/UX Designer for 6 months contract.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across various digital platforms.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Create interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools to validate and iterate on design ideas.
Conduct usability testing sessions and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experiences.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs, adhering to best practices and design guidelines.
Maintain design consistency and contribute to the evolution of design systems, pattern libraries, and style guides.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, promoting a culture of empathy and customer-centricity within the organization.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented design environment.

Willing to work in Abu Dhabi
Can start immediately
Arab Nationals
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design work.
Proficiency in industrystandard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, etc.).
Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
