    Job Purpose: In line withEmirates Groups ambitious growth plans and global recruitment drivewe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join ourCorporate Services & Executive Recruitment team on aninitial 12month temporary contract this could be extended dependingon business needs and performance. This role is based fulltime atthe Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai.

    You will be an experiencedadministrator and will join us as a Recruitment Coordinator in ourCorporate Services & Executive Recruitment team. You willprovide administrative support to our recruiters and managementteam as they recruit experienced hires into our Emirates and dnatabrands.

    In this role you will:
    • Provide administrative support to the talentacquisition team on recruitmentrelated activities
    • Schedule candidate interviews including travelarrangements as required
    • Work to tightdeadlines and Service Level Agreements
    • Createreporting for our management team using Microsoft Excel PowerPointand recruitment systems
    • Deliver aconsistently highlevel quality customer service and communicationto internal and external customers/stakeholders. Liaise withrelevant stakeholders to meet defined work goals.
    • Execute all recruitment administration assignedactivities in a timely manner in compliance with the latestpolicies and processes standard operating procedures andinstructions. Ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.
    • Contribute to the identification ofopportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes andpractices and cost reduction in various touchpoints in theemployees lifecycle to improve the quality of the peoplesexperience.
    • Maintain accurate reporting on HRactivities and adhoc reporting whenever required.

    Qualifications & Experience: To be considered forthe role you must meet the below requirements:

    • High school educated with 3 years ofadministration experience some experience within an HR functionwould be desirable
    • Comprehensive knowledge ofadministrative procedures
    • Strong MicrosoftOffice skills including reporting via Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong quality orientation and organizationskills.

    Howyoull work:

    • Were full time in office and do not offer hybridworkfromhome or remote options
    • You will bepaid an hourly rate working 42 hours per week Monday Friday
