Roles:

TSS Fitout & Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced, passionate Business Development

Manager to develop business opportunities and generating new leads to provide fit-out services. Managing Team generating leads and sales opportunities to meet the Company's

Business Development Plan and take necessary actions in order to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage Sales Team and work closely with Designers, Architects, Production team,

Estimators and Contractors on client's requirements and for design concepts.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's services

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design, or similar.
Sales experience in UAE market, not less than 4 years.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong command over English language, for both verbal and written communication.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
