Roles:

TSS Fitout & Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced, passionate Business Development

Manager to develop business opportunities and generating new leads to provide fit-out services. Managing Team generating leads and sales opportunities to meet the Company's

Business Development Plan and take necessary actions in order to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage Sales Team and work closely with Designers, Architects, Production team,
Estimators and Contractors on client's requirements and for design concepts.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's services

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design, or similar.
  • Sales experience in UAE market, not less than 4 years.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong command over English language, for both verbal and written communication.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
