Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
► Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.

► Develop and maintain the document management system.

► Manage all the tender documents in electronic form

► Ensure document management consistency across all projects, rigorously, maintaining control and traceability from the tender initiation to the completion of submission

► Responsible for maintaining Estimation Department documents/records such as Enquiry and Tender Register, Contract Register, Client/Consultant Register, Supplier/Subcontractor register, etc

► Responsible for timely submission of tender and preparation/compiling of tender submission documents as required.

► Maintaining incoming and outgoing correspondence data properly


QUALIFICATION
► Experience in Construction Industry

► Knowledge of MS Office

► 1-5 Years of working experience

► Any bachelor's degree


Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
