Job brief


We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Creating reports about sales operations performance and identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure that products are received in good condition.
  • Tracking sales opportunities from lead generation through close of sale to ensure that all opportunities are followed up on, including making follow up calls to clients who have not responded to previous outreach efforts.
  • Processing orders, maintaining records of inventory levels, and monitoring customer satisfaction with products or services.
  • Maintaining databases of prospective clients and customers including contact information and details about their buying habits.
  • Working with the marketing department to develop plans for new product launches or other special events.
  • Supporting marketing activities by creating mailers, brochures, and other materials using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinating with accounting to ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, social media.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
