*Job Description*- Monitoring Calls- Assess agent performance
- Analyse the quality of the calls and customer service
- Design evaluation program
- Coaching and providing feedback to the agent
- Maintain quality standards
- Improve call center quality assurance metrics
- Minimum of 5 years experience in QA
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must have an experience in the call center
- Must be a good coach/trainer
- Proficient in Excel or MS Office
- Can start immediately
Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
