*Job Description*- Monitoring Calls

  • Assess agent performance
  • Analyse the quality of the calls and customer service
  • Design evaluation program
  • Coaching and providing feedback to the agent
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Improve call center quality assurance metrics
*Requirements*- QA Certification is an advantage or any relevant degree

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in QA
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must have an experience in the call center
  • Must be a good coach/trainer
  • Proficient in Excel or MS Office
  • Can start immediately

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
