    Job title: Assistant Night Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates.

    • This role requires overseeing the night audit and reporting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • You will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and incidents, managing and supporting the Night Audit team providing guidance as needed, ensuring safety security comfort of both guests employees throughout the night.
    • Your duties include preparing reviewing daily weekly monthly reports reflecting hotels trading results handling guest complaints effectively professionally maintaining responsibility for auditing administration functions during night operations over-seeing all departments absence respective managers day-night shifts.




    • Prior experience Night Audit Front Office roles hospitality industry strongly preferred. Strong leadership problem-solving skills essential excellent communication interpersonal abilities required.
