    We are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Clinical Product Specialist to joinour Real World Data Analytics and Evidence Platform Team. In thisrole you will be a crucial contributor to the development andsuccess of our platform with a specific focus on clinical dataanalysis and insights generation. Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including product managers data scientistsengineers and domain experts you will shape the future of ourproduct and deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

    • Act as the subject matterexpert (SME) for clinical data within the Real World Data Analyticsand Evidence Platform Team.
    • Work closely withproduct managers data scientists and engineers to define andprioritize product requirements and roadmap ensuring alignment withcustomer needs and business goals.
    • Conductcomprehensive research and analysis of clinical data sources suchas electronic health records (EHRs) and claims data to uncovervaluable insights and trends.
    • Developanalytical models algorithms and data visualization techniques toextract meaningful information from clinical data and provideactionable insights to users.
    • Collaboratewith data scientists and engineers to establish robust dataprocessing pipelines data integration strategies and data qualityassurance processes for clinical data.
    • Stayuptodate with the latest advancements in the clinical data domainincluding data standards regulations and industry trends leveragingthis knowledge to drive innovation and enhance theproduct.
    • Engage in user testing feedbackgathering and iterative design processes to ensure a seamless userexperience and continuously improve product features andfunctionality.
    • Provide technical guidance andsupport to internal teams customers and stakeholders regardingclinical datarelated inquiries and challenges.
    • Facilitate effective communication between technical andnontechnical teams translating complex concepts and insights intoeasily understandable terms for stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors orMasters degree in a relevant field such as computer sciencebiomedical informatics or a related discipline.
    • Proven experience at least 35 years working withclinical data preferably in realworld data analytics or evidencegeneration in pharmaceutical and life sciences industry orclients.
    • Strong understanding of clinicaldata sources including EHRs claims data and clinical trial data aswell as related data standards like HL7 and CDISC.
    • Proficiency in data analysis techniques statisticalmethods and data visualization tools for clinical data.
    • Skilled in programming languages such as Python R or SQLfor data manipulation analysis and modelling.
    • Familiarity with data integration data processing and data qualityassurance methodologies for largescale clinicaldatasets.
    • Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and best practices concerning the use of clinical datain healthcare research and analysis.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think criticallyand analytically.
    • Strong communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey complexideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environmentis a plus.
    • Prior experience in healthcare orlife sciences industries is a must.
