Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Development of Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Construction Documentation.
Provide design solutions and drive the project(s) from inception to various stages until handover.
Production of detailed drawings.
Ensuring tasks allocated is completed & delivered with quality after a self-check.
Creates detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations for review and approval.
Knowledge of updated UAE authority regulations (GFA, BUA etc. measurement criteria) and relevant standards and codes.
Ensure knowledge of all applicable Authority Guidelines, Codes & International Standards.1Prepare drawings and documents for tendering and construction.
Knowledge of LOD stages.

Building Information Modelling:
Expertise in Revit Architecture in drafting, designing and building modeling
Experience with BIM, Revit families & BIM protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred

• 7 years of relevant experience in UAE is a must.

Proven experience working on big scale projects.
