- Providing timely and accurateresponse by abiding the timelines
- provide therequired Payment documentation and answers to the questions fromthe customer within given TAT
- Retrieved all theinformation as requested by authorities and share the consolidatedresponse with in given timelines
- Ensureadherence to COMP policies, practices andprocesses.
- Identify gaps and provide solutionsto resolve issues
- Review and escalate issues ofnon-compliance
- Collecting the modernizedcustomer's information/ Documents and sharing with HRARand COMP team
- Updating the currentcustomer's data to know the exactprofile
- Support the implementation ofCOMP/Governance policies, practices andprocesses.
- Provide requested material directlyto Gov and COMP without involving thebranches
- Prepare and Issuance ofCustomer's Exit letters under ComplianceConcerns.
- Ensuring the Accounts are closedafter given notice period
