Inspect grooming and attire of staff, andrectify any deficiencies. Communicate with guests, other employees,and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met. Ensure staff isworking together as a team. Monitor dining rooms for seatingavailability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Completework orders for maintenance repairs. Complete scheduled inventoriesof supplies, food, and liquor. Check stock and requisitionnecessary supplies.

Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy ofcontracted monies, obtaining change required for expected businesslevel, and keeping bank secure at all times.

Communicate last callat designated closing time.
